Master Menus Ready Reference

The opening screen of POSitive is clean and simple, providing ready access to all features of the program.

The Menu Bar is divided into Master Menus with individual links and actions:

QUICK ACCESS TOOLBAR

The Quick Access Toolbar consists of small icons at the top left of the master menu bar, and provides access to several utility screens:

Quick Sale	Creates an invoice
Inventory Center	Opens the Inventory Center
Customer Center	Opens the Customer Center
Vendor Center	Opens the Vendor Center
Report Center	Opens the Report Center
Calculator	A handy calculator
Calendar	A current month calendar with a view of the next two months. Can choose to display any month of any year.
Send/Receive E-Mail	This opens your default e-mail client.
POSitive Mail	An internal system, independent of internet e-mail, for sending messages between individuals and groups of staff members.
Labels	Opens the list for printing inventory labels.
Logout	Lock down use of POSitive. Requires a new valid sign in to run POSitive again.
Reminders Not available in PFR	To Do reminders due today for the staff member who is currently logged in.
Add a Reminder Not available in PFR	Add a reminder
POSitive Text	Allows you to send and receive text messages.
Change Division Not available in PFR	Allows you to change to another division.
