Navigation notes:

On the left menu you'll see tabs for Contents, Index and Search. Contents is the Table of Contents and you double click topic name, or click on the + symbol to expand a section. Index lists topics in alphabetical order and is searchable. Search allows you to search by topic or keyword.

At the top right of this window you'll see 3 arrows. The left arrow goes back one page, the up arrow brings you back to Contents and the right arrow goes forward one page.

Note: Some of the screenshots in this guide refer to older versions, but the information and basic layout are similar.
