After a service order has been completed and converted to an invoice, you may still review the service order notes. This dialog window allows you to sort and search by the following.
SETUP REQUIRED
Turn on "Track Serial Numbers In Service" Go To Maintenance: System: System Setup: Inventory. (see Serial Tab) TIP: If you choose to activate this option, it is suggested that you have a supply of pre-printed serialized labels so that you can label equipment which has no other serialized markings.
Access To Service History
Go to Transactions: Invoice History
Choose Serial Number under View and Service History under Properties.
Click on the Service History button at the far right.
Serial Number - the serial number of the item is in the window title
