Used Items Pricing

Used Items taken in Trade require that selling prices be assigned to the used item before it can become part of your inventory.

1) Highlight the item

2) Choose Set Pricing (see below)

3) Tag the item(s) and choose Post Tagged Items To Inventory.  (see Stock Manager: Used Items tab)

Choosing Setup Pricing will open the Verify Pricing screen.

This is a used item and the "new cost" is the amount paid out to the customer.  The selling prices are all 0.00 and need to be updated.  There are 3 methods for updating the prices.

A)  Set the used item prices equal to the prices of a new item.  This is practical if the item is in excellent condition or if the item is rare enough.

B)  Manually enter your own prices.  This is used most often.  For rare items the price can exceed the normal pricing.

C)  Assign calculated prices based upon the category Default % percentages listed.
