Send Messages

When you are satisfied with your list and your message, press F10 to Process.

 

As messages are successfully sent, the Status will change to Processed.  If POSitive encounters an invalid e-mail address or phone number it may stop processing.You may delete the processed messages, revise or delete the bad entry and continue.

 

Reset List - changes the Status of each entry to Unprocessed.

 

Query Applied - The name of the saved query which was used to create the customer list is displayed in the upper left corner, above the list of names.

 

Total E-Mail Addresses - A count of e-mail addresses or phone numbers gathered for this mailing.
