You'll need a POSitive support subscription for activation, and a subscription with Ez Texting in order to use SMS marketing. SMS-Text marketing also works in conjunction with POSitive Connect which handles the communication between POSitive and EZ Texting. You'll need to enter your EZ Texting User Name, Password and Keyword. This feature is still under development and more information will be available in a future help file.
