Here is a checklist to help you connect POSitive to Quickbooks

Software Access

____ Quickbooks should already be installed on one of your computers.  Go to the computer which has runs Quickbooks.

____ You must be able to run POSitive on this computer which runs Quickbooks.  If this computer is on a network, and if POSitive has been installed on another computer, then you need to properly link to POSitive on the network computer.

Software Match of Chart of Accounts

____  The GL Account names must be identical in POSitive to the account "name" in Quickbooks. Illustration

Making these account names identical can be done in one of two ways.
