Some states have established "Destination Tax Rates" meaning you must charge taxes at the tax rate of the community where the product will be received rather than the location which sold the item.

The State of Washington has created a database of all cities in Washington with their individual tax rates.  These tax rates will change from time to time so POSitive provides an Import routine to update tax rates.
