When using the Touchscreen of POSitive, selecting a matrix header will give you the ability to select multiple products from the matrix with varying quantities before returning to the invoicing screen.
1) highlight the cell of the appropriate dimensions
2) choose the PLUS button multiple times to select 1.00 or more
OR choose the NumberPad button to enter a total count.
3) highlight another cell, if desired, and enter a quantity as described above.
4) Choose OK (upper right corner) to add the item(s) to the invoice.
OK - closes the matrix header and adds items with quantities greater than 0.00 to the invoice.
Cancel - closes the matrix header without selecting any product
Up - Down - Left - Right - positions the cursor into a desired cell. (one could just touch or click in the desired cell)
Plus - increases the count in the highlighted cell
Minus - decreases the count in the highlighted cell
Clear - removes the quantity of the highlighted cell
Clear All - removes all quantities from all cells
NumberPad - select a quantity for the highlighted cell
Stock Counts - the current stock counts of the highlighted cell are displayed at the bottom left
Items Selected - a running list of all items selected on this matrix are displayed in the bottom right
