Retrieve - reopens a suspended invoice (see Pre-Defined ) |
The Suspend feature should only be used for temporary rather than long-term holding of the invoice. If a customer is stepping out of line to get something else, you can save the invoice and process sales for other customers until this customer returns.
Use this Retrieve/Recall button to recall a suspended invoice. (see Suspended Transactions )
Invoice Style Button - static button on invoice screen
At the top of the invoice screen is the Retrieve Suspended button. At the point when the customer returns to claim the suspended invoice, choose this Retrieve Suspended button. You will be given a list of suspended invoices from your station, or you may choose All Stations in order to find the correct invoice. |

At the top right of the invoice screen is the Recall Suspended button. At the point when the customer returns to claim the suspended invoice, choose this Reca;; Suspended button. You will be given a list of suspended invoices from your station, or you may choose All Stations in order to find the correct invoice. |
