Documents - to add or review documents attached to invoice (see Pre-Defined ) |
With the Xpansion Pack feature you can attach a variety of documents to a customer invoice. Choosing this button will... 1) Open a listing of existing documents. 2) Allows you to add a document by selecting ADD button and then choose the Type of Document •Image Editor - amends a picture or graphic •Scan Manager - interfaces with your flatbed scanner to capture a document •Attach File - selects a saved file on the computer drive •Voice Record - uses the computer microphone and speakers to record a message 3) And after finding or creating the document, enter summary notes and expiration date if desired. Choose Save [F10] to attach the document to the invoice.
