Customer History - to review customer's prior invoices without leaving the invoice screen (see Pre-Defined ) |
NOTE: the invoice must be assigned to a customer by name. If it is a quicksale, choose Edit Bill To button and select the desired customer.
Opens Invoice History screen and displays only invoices from the selected customer. |

While in touchscreen mode, employees may need access to Customer History. This screen lists all invoices for the designated customer with tools for searching, cloning, and printing old invoices. Search - enter invoice number Clone - copy highlighted invoice as a new invoice Print - print or preview the highlighted invoice
If more information is needed, consider using the Manager Mode button to run the back office screens.
