Adjust Price w/o Tax - to change the selling price of the highlighted item; for use only with International Tax in Price settings (I=n/a)

It is assumed that you have already set Tax Inclusive Pricing under System Setup: Tax Options: International Settings

Special Instructions

 

Invoice Style Button

N/A not applicable to Invoice Style

Register Style Button

(Do not click the mouse in the black area.)

Enter the new price.

Choose OK [F10]

Touchscreen Style Button

First highlight the inventory item to be changed

Click on the Adjust Price w/o Tax button

The title of the screen is "Enter Price - Tax Exclusive" (excludes the tax)

The current price will be displayed in the black box.  The number displayed is the price WITHOUT the sales tax.

The number you choose to enter will be a selling price without tax so you do not have to do any calculations in your head.

Use the numeric keypad to enter the new price which DOES NOT Include the Tax.  Only full integers are entered.  Use the decimal button to add cents to the price.

Clear [F7] empties the current value.

Cancel [ESC] aborts the change.

OK [F10] accepts the change.
