Customers can send text messages to your SMS Text phone number.  This allows an opportunity for you to respond to direct questions or comments from your customers.

In order to receive Text messages, POSitive Anywhere must be running.

You should specify someone to be notified when a Customer's text comes in, so you can respond to them quickly.

The setting for this is found in the SMS Text Manager.

Anyone may also send and receive text messages by clicking on the POSitive Text icon.
