POSitive Software technical support contracts are available as prepaid month to month or annual agreements. Our friendly customer support representatives are always ready to help you with your problems. Our technical support staff has the expertise to answer your questions on installation and operation of our POS software. Regular phone support is available Monday through Friday from 7AM to 4PM PST. After hours support is also available for an additional fee.

If you don't have a current support subscription you will need to speak to the Sales Department first. In addition to monthly and annual subscriptions, we offer support on an hourly basis.
