Support pricing for POSitive for Windows and AveraSell
Effective January 1, 2010 we will no longer offer annual or monthly support options for our legacy software products:
POSitive for Windows, AveraSell
Support is now available on a per incident basis for $199 per incident. An incident is limited to a specific issue and will have up to seven days for resolution. Customers who are on AveraCharge, POSitive Commerce or POSitive Backup will recieve a $100 discount.
Customers who are on a support agreement will remain so until their expiration date.
