INVENTORY VIEW

Focus is on inventory items.  You will see which stores have the most quantities and which stores are in need of items.  The Show Low Stock Only option will display items that are below minimum stock counts.

 

CAUTION: the DELete button will totally erase an inventory item from your inventory list.  The purpose of Add is to create new inventory items.

 

Show Low Stock Only - a filter to display only those items which have a low stock count

 

How To Select Items For Transfer

Open the Inventory View tab

Find the inventory item to be transferred.

On the FROM (middle section), highlight the store which has stock to send out

On the TO (bottom section), highlight the store which is to receive the stock

Click on the Transfer [F5] button and enter the quantity to be transferred.  Then choose OK.
