In addition to Text Marketing, POSitive Text can be used within your company to quickly contact anyone in your organization.
For example, say one of your employees is sick. Normally, the employee would phone in and talk to a manager. The manager would have to call several employees to find someone to fill in for the sick employee. This takes time, and keeps the manager from doing other more productive tasks.
With POSitive Text, here's what would happen:
•Employee texts the store with the message that he is sick, and won't make it in
•The message is forwarded via text to the manager's phone
•The manager texts the Day Shift group (which is comprised of all employees that can work the day shift) that an employee is sick, and someone is needed to cover
•An employee responds via text that they can cover the shift. This message is forwarded to the manager's phone
•The manager texts the Day Shift group to let them know the shift has been filled
