Edit Bill To - to edit record of the customer for this invoice  (Security Options Apply)

If the invoice is a Quick Sale (without a customer name) then you are warned and given the opportunity to Select or Add a customer.

If the customer is assigned to the invoice, then you can access the customer record to update phone numbers, addresses, etc.
